Clark County Management Corporation specializes in Property Management of professional buildings that include: Office/Medical, Retail, Mixed Use, and Industrial. CCMC is focused on the analysis of our client's real estate investment with the objective of maximizing value and minimizing costs. Management and Budgeting

CCMC will review current contracts, recommending appropriate changes. Each week properties are evaluated to maintain the highest caliber of landscaping and other general maintenance services. Historical expenses, including utilities, repairs and maintenance are analyzed. An efficient budget is then prepared, based upon CCMC's experience and contacts within each field. Upon the property owner's approval, the budget is implemented with the objective of decreasing expenses and increasing the property's bottom-line performance. The CCMC team has the working knowledge of maintenance costs and utilizes the best methods to help control expenses.

CCMC addresses all calls for maintenance as well as, day-to-day repairs. We serve as a liaison to ensure excellent tenant-landlord relations. Most importantly, CCMC is fully cognizant of and responsive to the needs of your property and tenants.
Accounting and Documentation

CCMC provides highly experienced and accredited accounting personnel to maintain accurate and understandable financial records. CCMC receives and posts all rents and other income, pays all mortgages, utilities and operating expenses and maintains and reconciles bank records. CCMC's priority is to have all expenses disbursed on time.

CCMC utilizes Yardi Voyager the most respected Property Management software in the industry. Available reports include:
